Closing Date

Closing Date. Shall mean a date mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto in writing and in accordance with Section 10.5 following the satisfaction or waiver by AHFL and the Selling Shareholder of the closing conditions set forth in Sections 5.1 and 5.2 respectively

Closing Date. The date of issuance of this Warrant to the Holder.

Closing Date. The 30th day after the expiration of the Inspection Period, subject to extension as provided below

Closing Date. The date which is the later to occur of (a) thirty (30) days following the initial public offering made by Buyer (or its assignee or designated affiliate), and (b) October 30, 2014, subject to extension and/or acceleration pursuant to Section 8(d); provided, however, that in no event shall Buyer have the right to extend the Closing Date past March 30, 2015.

Closing Date. As applicable, the First Closing Date or the Second Closing Date

Closing Date. The Trading Day when this Agreement, the New Debentures and New Warrants have been executed and delivered by the applicable parties thereto.
