Closing Date

Closing Date. The date of closing of the Initial Public Offering

Closing Date. The date on which the Closing actually occurs

Closing Date. Means the date of consummation of the transactions described in the Stock Purchase Agreements.

Closing Date. The meaning given to it in the Note Exchange Agreement.

Closing Date. June 18, 2001, except that if all of the conditions to Closing set forth in Article 7 of this Agreement shall not have been satisfied or waived on or prior to such date, 'Closing Date' shall mean such business day after the satisfaction or waiver of all such conditions to Closing as the parties may agree upon.

Closing Date. Shall be August 4, 2009.
