Closing Date

Closing Date. Means the date of the closing date of the Purchase Agreement.

Closing Date. (b) Delivery or transfer of, and payment for, the Preferred Securities shall be made at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard time (11:00 A.M. New York time), on September 26, 2005, (such date and time of delivery and payment for the Preferred Securities being herein called the "Closing Date").

Closing Date. Shall mean the Closing Date, as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement.
