Closing Documents

Closing Documents. Shall mean the papers, instruments and documents required to be executed and delivered at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement;

Closing Documents. Means the agreements, certificates, instruments, and other documents specified to be executed and/or delivered pursuant to a given MOA in connection with the sale of a Vessel thereunder.

Closing Documents. Shall mean the agreements and documents set forth in Sections 9 and 10 below, which are to be executed by the parties and delivered to each other on the Closing Date and all other consents, certificates, documents and instruments to be delivered by the parties pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Closing Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Mode 1 Purchase Agreement and each of the other agreements and documents delivered by Neon at Closing.

Closing Documents. Means the agreements, instruments and other deliveries to be delivered by Ivanhoe Holdings or its solicitors (or by either of them) pursuant to Section 4.2 and the agreements, instruments and other deliveries to be delivered by the Transferors or their solicitors (or either of them) pursuant to Section 4.

Closing Documents. Shall mean all the documents to be executed and delivered by the parties at each Closing.

Closing Documents. This Agreement, the Assignment of the Servicing of the Mortgage Loans attached hereto as Appendix II and the Transfer of Servicing attached hereto as Appendix III.

Closing Documents. Means all documents that under the terms of this Agreement are required to be delivered by Aurora or CCPC at Closing.

Closing Documents. Collectively, this Agreement, each Exchanging Warrantholder Power of Attorney, each Exchanging Warrantholder Authority Declaration, the Issuer Power of Attorney, the STAK Power of Attorney, the Contribution Description, the Deed of Issue and the Deed of Transfer

Closing Documents. All documents that under the terms of this Agreement are required to be delivered by Seller or Purchaser at Closing
