Example Definitions of "Closing"
Closing. Means the closing of this transaction, at which the events set forth in Section 5.2 shall occur.
Closing. Means the closing of this transaction, at which the events set forth in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 shall occur.
Closing. Means the date upon which the Grant Deed is recorded in the Official Records of the County, title to the Property is conveyed to Buyer, and possession of the Property is delivered to Buyer, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
