Closing

Closing. Closing means the date on which Spyglass Merger Corp., a Delaware corporation, merged with and into the Company pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger by and between Spyglass Merger Corp. and the Company, dated as of November 11, 2005, as such agreement may be amended from time to time.

Closing. Means the completion of the sale by the Corporation of the Units pursuant to this Agreement;

Closing. Or "Closings" means the First Closing Date, Second Closing Date and/or Third Closing Dates, collectively, or individually, as applicable.

Closing. Means Closing as defined in the Stock Purchase Agreement, dated the date hereof, by and among Citigroup Venture Capital Equity Partners, L.P. and affiliates, the Company and CVC European Equity Partners, L.P., CVC European Equity Partners (Jersey), L.P., BNP Paribas (the "Stock Purchase Agreement").

Closing. Closing and Closing Date with respect to the purchase of the Debentures and Warrants.

Closing. Has the meaning assigned to that term in Paragraph 4 of this Agreement.

Closing. The date of final closing on the acquisition of Galveston Bay Energy LLC (GBE)

Closing. Shall mean the consummation of the purchase and sale of the Rig.

Closing. The consummation of the Warrant Exchange and the issuance of the Warrants pursuant to this Agreement.

Closing. The end of the day of the closing of the Merger
