Closure Operations

Closure Operations. Shall mean those operations of Buyer that are undertaken in regard to the closure of the Property as a sanitary landfill as required by law, including without limitation, the California Integrated Waste Management Act (Public Resources Code (S)(S)40000 et seq.) and as may be deemed appropriate by Buyer.
