All information, data, Material, and other items that are supplied by or on behalf of Clovis Oncology or its Affiliates to RMS, or that may be derived from or related to any visits by RMS personnel to Clovis Oncology's or its Affiliates' premises, pursuant to this Agreement. Clovis Oncology Information shall not include Project Results or Inventions.
