CMBS Loan

CMBS Loan. That certain loan, as may be securitized through a commercial mortgage-backed securities issuance, in the original principal amount of $1,350,000,000 made pursuant to that certain Loan Agreement, dated February 14, 2018, by and among the Lender, the Borrower and the Additional Obligor (as such terms are defined therein), as such agreement may be amended from time to time.
