CO2ECOM SERVICES. Means the sponsoring of the Electronic Trading System and the provision (with the systems and technology support provided, or otherwise arranged, by eSpeed as contemplated hereby) of any one of, or any combination of, Broker Assisted Transaction Services, Clearance, Settlement and Fulfillment Services; Information Services; Additional E-Commerce Services; and Related Services.
