CoBrand Deployment Kit or CBDK. Means the generally available version, as of October 1, 2011, of the "Co-Brand Deployment Kit", which shall be provided to Bank of America in the form of a document for completion by Bank of America. Such completed file shall to be used in connection for establishment of the Hosted Service listed below, as delivered by Supplier to Bank of America.
