COC Date

COC Date. Shall mean the date on which a Change of Control occurs. However, if Executive has a Separation from Service prior to a Change of Control by reason of an Anticipatory Separation, the COC Date for Executive shall be the date immediately preceding the occurrence of that Anticipatory Separation.
