Code Section 423 Component

Code Section 423 Component. The component of this Plan that is intended to meet the requirements set forth in Section 423(b) of the Code, as amended, to qualify as an "employee stock purchase plan" under Section 423 of the Code. The provisions of the Code Section 423 Component shall be construed, administered and enforced in accordance with Section 423(b), so as to extend and limit Plan participation in a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis consistent with the requirements of Section 423 of the Code.
