Example Definitions of "Code"
Code. The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as in effect at the time of reference, or any successor revenue code which may hereafter be adopted in lieu thereof, and reference to any specific provisions of the Code shall refer to the corresponding provisions of the Code as it may hereafter be amended or replaced
Code. The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the rules, regulations and guidance thereunder and any successor thereto.
