Code. Is the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (presently, Mass. Gen. Laws, Ch. 106), as may be amended and in effect from time to time, including, if adopted and in effect, the revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code in the form or substantially in the form approved by the American Law Institute and the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Law and contained in the 1999 Official Text of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Code. Means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time, or any successor thereto. References to a particular section of the Code shall include any regulations issued under such section.
