Code

Code. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted and in effect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from time to time.

Code. Means the California Uniform Commercial Code, except where the Uniform Commercial Code of another state governs the perfection of a security interest in Collateral located in that state.

Code. The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, together with the regulations and other official guidance promulgated thereunder.

Code. The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any successor statute or statutes thereto. Reference to any particular Code section shall include any successor section.
