Example Definitions of "Code"
Code. The Uniform Commercial Code as from time to time in effect in the State of Connecticut, including, specifically, Article 9.
Code. The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. 11
Code. Means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as the same may from time to time be amended.
Code. Shall mean the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including any successor statute thereto, and any reference to the Code shall include all treasury regulations and other guidance promulgated thereunder.
