Code. Shall mean the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. ---- 25

Code. Shall mean the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. All references to the Code shall be deemed also to refer to any successor provisions of such sections.

Code. The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as it may be amended from time to time, including regulations and rules thereunder and successor provisions and regulations and rules thereto.
