CoExclusive

CoExclusive. Means with respect to a designated set of rights, a limitation upon the number of parties legally entitled to practice such rights. For purposes of this Agreement, Co-Exclusive rights shall be shared, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, only by ActivX, Phenomix, and their respective Affiliates and permitted sublicensees.
