Cohanzick Loan Documents

Cohanzick Loan Documents. Shall mean, individually and collectively (as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced), the following: (i) the Loan Agreement, dated as of September 3, 2004, among Borrowers and Cohanzick High Yield ("Cohanzick Loan Agreement") and (ii) all other agreements, documents and instruments executed and delivered by the Borrowers in connection therewith.
