CoInvest Stockholders

CoInvest Stockholders. Means Olympus NPC Co-Investment Fund, LLC and each other Stockholder that becomes a party to this Agreement after the Effective Date that is approved by the Majority Investors as a "Co-Invest Stockholder." Solely for purposes of Section 4(b), the Co-Invest Stockholders shall not be deemed Other Stockholders and such Section 4(b) shall not apply to such Co-Invest Stockholders.
