Example Definitions of "CoInvestment Units"
CoInvestment Units. The units that may be purchased by certain of the Investors after the Company's initial public offering and in connection with the Company's initial business combination.
CoInvestment Units. The units that may be purchased pursuant to the Co-Investment Subscription Agreements, dated as of November 15, 2007, by certain of the Investors after the Company's initial public offering and in connection with the Company's initial business combination.
