Coliseum Group

Coliseum Group. Coliseum Capital Partners, L.P., Coliseum Capital Co-Invest III, L.P., Blackwell Partners LLC – Series A and each of their affiliates, and any transferee of the Registrable Securities (so long as they remain Registrable Securities) of a member of the Coliseum Group that is assigned or delegated the Demand Registrations afforded solely to members of the Coliseum Group in accordance with Section 6.2 of this Agreement (each of the foregoing being referred to as a member of the Coliseum Group)
