Collaboration IP. Collaboration IP. Means all Know-How and Patents created or conceived as a result of work that is performed as part of the R&D Program.
Collaboration IP. (a) any and all Know-How (for clarity including formulations and products) arising from, or developed during, the Collaboration by or on behalf of Arcutis, either solely or jointly with others or with Hawkeye; and (b) any and all intellectual property rights in and to the Know-How described in subsection (a), including any patent applications and patents claiming or describing such Know-How.
