COLLABORATION SPECIALTY LABORATORIES KNOWHOW. Shall mean all tangible or intangible know-how, trade secrets, inventions whether or not patentable, data, preclinical and clinical results, physical, chemical or biological material, and other information and data on or relating to all Epoch Probes that are independently developed by Specialty Laboratories or its Affiliates during the Research Term and, in each case, any replication or any part of such information or material.
