Example Definitions of "Collaboration Technology"
Collaboration Technology. (i) all Committed Compounds and their use against Committed Targets, (ii) all Targeted Compounds and their uses, and (iii) any Technology that is developed, invented, or discovered jointly by one or more employees or consultants of ACADIA and one or more employees or consultants of ArQule in connection with the Collaboration.
Collaboration Technology. Means (i) all Committed Collaboration Compounds and their use against Committed Collaboration Targets, and (ii) all Targeted Compounds and their uses, and (iii) any Technology that is developed, invented, or discovered jointly by one or more employees or consultants of ACADIA GTC and one or more employees or consultants of ArQule in connection with the Collaboration.

Collaboration Technology. Means APB Technology, ArQule Technology, and Joint Technology that was developed, discovered, conceived, or reduced to practice under any of the Prior Agreements.
