Collateral Account Investments. (i) direct obligations of the United States of America or any agency or instrumentality thereof or obligations backed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America or (ii) investments in shares of institutional mutual funds whose investment policies are limited to such securities, which funds may (but shall not be required to) be funds owned and/or managed by the Wilmington Funds or an Affiliate thereof ('Related Funds')
