Collateral Agent

Collateral Agent. Means the financial institution identified as such in the preliminary paragraph hereof, or any successor appointed in accordance with Section 9.

Collateral Agent. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

Collateral Agent. Has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereof.

Collateral Agent. Shall have meaning set forth in the Preamble of this Agreement.

Collateral Agent. U.S. Bank National Association, when acting in its capacity as Collateral Agent under the Indenture and the Collateral Documents, and any successor to U.S. Bank National Association in that capacity.

Collateral Agent. Means Bank of America, N.A., when acting in its capacity as Collateral Agent under the Collateral Agent Agreement, and any successor to Bank of America, N.A. in that capacity.

Collateral Agent. Shall mean the financial institution that serves as the collateral agent pursuant to the Collateral Agency and Intercreditor Agreement, (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "Intercreditor Agreement"), to be made among HOKU, Hoku Materials Holdings, Inc., the Collateral Agent, an administrative agent, and such secured parties who shall from time to time become parties thereto.

Collateral Agent. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., in its capacity as collateral agent (the "Collateral Agent")

Collateral Agent. Has the meaning specified therefor in the preamble to this Agreement.

Collateral Agent. Means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Collateral Agent.
