Collateral Agents Documents. Any and all agreements, instruments and documents now or hereafter evidencing or securing the financing arrangements provided for under the Notes Indenture or the Bonds Loan Agreement, including the Bonds, the Bonds Indenture, the Bonds Loan Agreement, the Notes, the Notes Indenture, the Junior Intercreditor Agreement and the Security Documents, all as in effect on the date hereof and as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in a manner permitted by the Agent's Loan Agreement.
