COLLATERAL ASSIGNEE

COLLATERAL ASSIGNEE. The First Priority Assignment of Partnership Interests, the Second Priority Assignment of Partnership Interests and the Third Priority Assignment of Partnership Interests are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a "COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT" and collectively as the "COLLATERAL Assignments" and any holder of such Collateral Assignment is hereinafter referred to as a "COLLATERAL ASSIGNEE".
