Collateral Assignment

Collateral Assignment. The First Priority Assignment of Partnership Interests, the Second Priority Assignment of Partnership Interests and the Third Priority Assignment of Partnership Interests are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a "COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT" and collectively as the "COLLATERAL Assignments" and any holder of such Collateral Assignment is hereinafter referred to as a "COLLATERAL ASSIGNEE".

Collateral Assignment. Shall mean an assignment made by the Executive in favor of the Corporation in a form mutually agreed to by the Corporation and the Executive and accepted by the Insurer.

Collateral Assignment. Means the assignment by and from the Policy Owner to the Company for Collateral Security, executed in connection with this Agreement, as the same may be modified, amended, supplemented, restated or extended from time to time, pursuant to which the Policy Owner assigns the Policy and the Policy Proceeds to the Company to secure the Insured's obligation to repay the Secured Amount to the Company.

Collateral Assignment. Means the Security Agreement and Collateral Assignment of Contract from GIA in favor of SVSP dated August 31, 2010.

Collateral Assignment. Means this Collateral Assignment and Consent, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Collateral Assignment. Means that certain Collateral Assignment from AMP the Lender dated August ____, 2008 pursuant to which AMP has collaterally assigned to the Lender its interests in each of the Intercompany Note and that certain Hypothec on Movanles between AMP-Canada and AMP.

Collateral Assignment. The collateral assignment of all Working Drawings, Permits, Warranties, construction contracts and all other documents relating to the development and construction of the Project executed by Developer in favor of Owner of even date herewith a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "C"

Collateral Assignment. Means, that certain Collateral Assignment of Profit Sharing Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Obligor and Holders.

Collateral Assignment. Any capitalized term used in this Collateral Assignment which is defined in the Credit Agreement shall have the definition contained in the Credit Agreement, unless otherwise defined herein.

Collateral Assignment. The Collateral Assignment of Agreements, dated as of the Closing Date, by Etailz in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time
