Collateral Trust Agreement

Collateral Trust Agreement. Means the Collateral Trust Agreement, dated as of April 22, 2005, among the Company, the other Grantors, U.S. Bank National Association as trustee under the Indenture, the Collateral Trustee and any other Secured Debt Representative from time to time party thereto, as such agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
