Collateral. All now owned and hereafter acquired personal property and fixtures, and proceeds thereof, (including proceeds of proceeds) including without limitation Accounts, Chattel Paper, Goods, Inventory, Equipment, Instruments (including promissory notes), Money, Documents of Title, Securities and Intangibles as such terms are defined in the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario).

Collateral.
