Collateral. All of the real, personal and other property now or hereafter encumbered by or securing the Senior Note, the Senior Loan Agreement, the Senior Security Documents, the Cash Collateral Agreement or the Senior Guaranty, or any documents now or hereafter entered into or delivered in connection with any of them, and all of each Obligor's right, title and interest in and to such property, whether existing or future, and all security interests, security titles, liens, claims, pledges, encumbrances,... conveyances, endorsements and guaranties of whatever nature now or hereafter securing any Obligor's obligations under the Senior Loan Documents or any part thereof, and all products and proceeds of the foregoing. Collateral. All property or rights in which a security interest, mortgage, lien or other encumbrance for the benefit of the Banks and the Lender is or has been granted or arises or has arisen, under or in connection with the Notes, the Senior Credit Agreement, the other Senior Credit Documents, or otherwise.

(b) all inventory from any source or supplier; (c) all contract rights (including all property, casualty, and life insurance contracts owned by Borrower) and other rights and privileges of Borrower under any and all leases and other contracts between Borrower and any third party; (d) all equipment, including, but not limited to, machinery, motor vehicles, furniture and furnishings, and office equipment; (e) all cash on hand and in bank accounts, marketable securities, certificates of deposit and similar items; and (f) without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to the extent related to all or any part of the other Collateral, all books, correspondence, credit files, records, invoices, tapes, cards, computer runs and other papers and documents in the possession or under the control of Borrower or any computer bureau or service company from time to time acting for Borrower.
