Example Definitions of "Collection Period"
Collection Period. Shall mean, (i) with respect to the First Distribution Date, the period beginning on the close of business on December 31, 2005 and ending on the close of business on January 31, 2006, and (ii) with respect to each subsequent Distribution Date, the period beginning on the opening of business on the first day of the immediately preceding calendar month and ending on the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding calendar month.
