Example Definitions of "Collections"
Collections. Shall mean, with respect to any Borrower Receivables or Foreign Subsidiary Receivables, all cash collections and other proceeds (including payments under any Insurance Policy) of such receivable (including late charges, fees and interest arising thereon, and all recoveries with respect thereto that have been written off as uncollectible).
Collections. Has the meaning specified therefor in the Credit Agreement

Collections. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Participation Agreement or the Participation Interest Purchase and Sale Agreement (as the case may be).
