Collective Bargaining Agreements or "CBAs". The collective bargaining agreement(s) made and entered into by RAC and/or CAWV and the USW from 1988 through 2006, covering certain hourly employees at the Ravenswood Plant, including the April 4, 1988 CBA between Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Company ("Kaiser") and the USW that was assumed by RAC.
