Colorado Collateral

Colorado Collateral. Means, collectively, (i) all Collateral of Parent that is located at Parent's facility in Hudson, Colorado as of the date hereof and (ii) all Collateral acquired after the date hereof by Parent, directly or indirectly, from any Person (other than any of the Subsidiaries or any affiliate of Parent or any of the Subsidiaries) that is solely used and located at Parent's facility in Hudson, Colorado.
