Colorado Mining Assets

Colorado Mining Assets. Means the assets acquired by the Subsidiary pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement dated June 1, 2010, as more fully set forth in Schedule 1(i) to this Agreement, with Global Mount Royale and Golden Rex, but not including the "Excluded Assets" set forth in Schedule 1(ii).
