Columbia Group

Columbia Group. Means the entities listed under the caption "Columbia Group" in Schedule I, as well as any subsequent owner of Shares or Units owned by the Columbia Group as of the date of this Agreement, where such Shares or Units are transferred to such subsequent owner in accordance with the terms of Section 2.03 of this Agreement.
