Com21 Vendor
Com21 Vendor. Shall mean any producer or supplier of all or any portion of a Part that has been identified by Com21 on Com21's approved vendor list (or "AVL") for such Product as the source of certain Parts to be used by Manufacturer in the manufacture of such Product.
