Combined Product

Combined Product. Means a product which combines a Theon Product with a Company Product and/or a Kopin Product as a single unit for sale to customers;

Combined Product. All single chip devices, which integrates ESS Component and Counterparty* Component, developed jointly by the parties pursuant to this Agreement and which incorporates the functional specifications for the Combined Product set forth in Exhibit A. There are two major categories of Combined Product as set forth in Exhibit A.

Combined Product. Means the products marketed and distributed by Mercury Interactive with which or into which the Licensor Software is bundled (either as one product or as separate products or modules), embedded, integrated and/or used along with the Mercury Interactive Products. The Combined Product may also include third-party products marketed and distributed by Mercury Interactive.

Combined Product. The Buyer's finished product containing the Product.
