Combined Programs

Example Definitions of "Combined Programs"
Combined Programs. Means any short-term or long-term variable compensation program offered by the Company to its executive officers generally (and which are currently the Annual Incentive Program and the Long-Term Incentive Program). "Combined Programs" does not include the Global Products Group RSU program or any other one-time equity or cash award. "Combined Programs" does include any guaranteed payment that is part of an annual compensation program for the Executive.
