Commencement Date

Commencement Date. Date that the Agents commence solicitation of purchases of Shares hereunder, such date will be the date hereof unless otherwise agreed by the Company and the Agents

Commencement Date. The Commencement Date of this Lease shall be the date which is the later of (a) December 1, 2007, and (b) forty-five (45) days from the date that Landlord delivers possession of the Premises to Tenant. Once the actual Commencement Date has been determined pursuant to the foregoing, the parties shall execute a Commencement Date Memorandum in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT C.

Commencement Date. Has the meaning established in the first paragraph of this Agreement hereof.

Commencement Date. Means the first day of the third month following the Retirement Date, which is May 1, 2019.

Commencement Date. With respect to the commencement of any compensation or provision of benefits pursuant to this Agreement means the first day of the seventh month beginning after the Termination Date.
