Comment Deadline. Shall mean (x) the one-hundred fiftieth (150th) calendar day following the Closing Date if the Initial Registration Statement and the New Registration Statement, if any, are on Form S-3 or (y) the one-hundred eightieth (180th) calendar day following the Closing Date if the Initial Registration Statement or the New Registration Statement are on Form S-1.
