Commercial IVD Product
Commercial IVD Product. Means an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) kit or product comprising the means to perform a Designated Assay as a companion diagnostic for a Tocagen Product, which kit or product would, after receipt of Marketing Approval, be sold to Third Party customers for end use.
