COMMERCIAL UNIT RELEASE PRICE. Shall mean as to the Retail Unit, the amount required to be paid to Agent (for the ratable benefit of Lenders) for the release of the Retail Unit, which shall be equal to $15,000,000.00 less the amount of Excess Residential Condominium Unit Sales Proceeds on the date of determination.
