Commercialization Plan

Commercialization Plan. Means a plan developed and approved by the Steering Committee for the sale, license, or other transfer of commercial rights in Collaboration Work Product to a third party, as described in Section 3.7.

Commercialization Plan. The written model for commercialization of the Product set forth in Schedule C, attached hereto, and which may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Commercialization Plan will contain a marketing plan, which shall be designed to attain optimal sales for the Product in the Territory.
