COMMISSION YEAR. Shall mean the twelve (12) month period commencing on each January 1 and ending on each December 31; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the initial Commission Year shall consist of fifteen months commencing on October 1, 2000 and ending on December 31, 2001.
