Commitment Fee

Example Definitions of "Commitment Fee"
Commitment Fee. A fee paid by Borrower to Lender or its assigns, in consideration Lender's commitment to make the loan pursuant to this Note in the amount set forth in Section 2(c) of this Note
Commitment Fee. A fee paid by Borrower to Lender or its assigns, in consideration of services rendered in originating the loan made pursuant to this Note, in the amount set forth in Section 2(c) of this Note
