Commitment Fee

Example Definitions of "Commitment Fee"
Commitment Fee. Borrower shall pay to Agent for the account of each Lender (other than any Defaulting Lender) a commitment fee on the daily average unused amount of the Aggregate Commitments for the period from and including the date of Closing Date up to, but excluding, the earlier of the date the Aggregate Commitments are terminated or the Revolving Credit Termination Date at a rate per annum equal to 0.50%
Commitment Fee. Has the meaning assigned to the term in the Pricing Side Letter
